BUCEA held the first offline autumn career fair for class of 2022 graduates

On the afternoon of Sept. 28th, BUCEA held the first autumn career fair for students in class 2022 at Daxing campus. Over 145 major employers in architecture and construction industry attended, including China Metallurgical Group Corporation Construction Institute, BGI Engineering Consultants Ltd. Institute,  Qingdao Municipal Engineering Design Institute, Beijing Construction Engineering Group, Beijing Urban Construction Group, China Construction Fifth Engineering Division, and China Construction Eighth Engineering Division, etc. 75.86% of the employers attended were state-owned or central enterprises. 7,642 job opportunities were provided covering all education levels and majors of the university. 732 graduates in total attended the fair.

ZHANG Dayu, Deputy Secretary of CPC Committee and President of BUCEA, CHEN Gang, Deputy Secretary of CPC Committee, heads and staff of relevant departments and schools also attended the fair, and had in-depth conversations with the students and the employers.

The Career Center of the Department of Student Affairs, following its idea of providing student-centric services, set up help desks at the spot to provide career guidance, policy enquiries, and other enquiries related to army recruitment. Expert consultants were invited to provide career guidance and CV feedback for students to boost their opportunities in the market.
