On December 4th, CHEN Jun, the academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering and the professor of National Geomatics Center of China, was invited to bring a series of lectures of “Face to Face with Masters” --- “Benchmark with the United Nations 2030 SDGs to Better Tell the Story of China’s Sustainable Development” to teachers and students at BUCEA. University leadership, heads of relevant departments and some teachers and students attended the lecture. In addition, hundreds of audiences listened to the lectures through the online platform.

CHEN Jun is the expert in aerospace surveying and mapping and geoinformatics, the academician of the International Eurasian Academy of Sciences and the academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, as well as the professor of National Geomatics Center of China and a PhD supervisor. CHEN has been engaged in the theoretical and technical research in the field of aerospace surveying and mapping for a long time, and is committed to the research and practice of engineering science and technology in the modeling, updating and service of basic geoinformation.
