BUCEA Officially Launched “Teacher and Student Services Platform for Handling a Complaint upon Receipt”

On the morning of June 23, the launch ceremony of “Teacher and Student Services Platform for Handling a Complaint upon Receipt” was held at BUCEA. FENG Pei, Head of the Third Circuit Guidance Group for Supervising the Party History Learning and Education in the education system of Beijing Municipality, JIANG Zeting, Secretary of the CPC Committee of BUCEA, CHEN Gang, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee of BUCEA, ZHANG Dayu, Vice President of BUCEA, LI Aiqun, Vice President of BUCEA, and LI Junqi, Vice President of BUCEA, attended the ceremony. The ceremony was hosted by LI Weiping, Vice President of BUCEA.

CHEN Gang introduced preparation for the launch of the platform.

Based on the former system, “Teacher and Student Services Platform for Handling a Complaint upon Receipt” upgrades its services to ensure a quick response to teachers’ and students’ complaints about campus maintenance, security, health care, petition, etc., enhancing their sense of gain and happiness.

The platform, after its launch, will provide services to meet the non-urgent need of teachers and students through the “300” hotline (010-80697300) and WeChat. By these two means, they can ask questions, seek help, make complaints and give advice to the management and services of BUCEA. Moreover, they can evaluate the services in terms of “response rate”, “settlement rate” and “satisfaction rate”.

The platform will enter into trial after the launch ceremony and it is accessible during the following periods:

The “300” hotline (010-80697300) is available from 8 a.m. to 12 a.m., 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. every weekday.

WeChat Work ID of BUCEA can provide 24(hours)/7(days) access to the platform. Teachers and students are allowed to post requests, make inquiries and upload evaluations and other services on WeChat.
