一、 校园网络 Campus Network
目前，学校已为新生全面开通了上网账号，上网账号的用户名为本人学号（新生账号密码是其个人生日的八位数字），为保证大家上网账号的资金安全，请第一次登录后立即修改上网账号的密码。目前西城校区和大兴校区教学、实验及办公区域内已实现无线网络覆盖，同学们只要把笔记本或者手机设置为自动获取IP地址状态，搜索到“BUCEA”的无线信号，使用本人的上网账号登录认证网关，便可在校园内无线上网冲浪了。上网实行预充值计费，根据上网流量计费。同学们请通过一卡通自助机转账缴纳网费。如遇登录问题或想了解其他详细内容可以查阅网络信息管理服务中心网址：http://nic.bucea.edu.cn/ 。
At present, the university has opened an online account for every new student. At present, the teaching, experiment and office areas of Xicheng campus and Daxing campus have covered wireless networks. Students just need to set the notebook or mobile phone to obtain the IP address status automatically, search for the wireless signal of “BUCEA”, use their online account to log in to the authentication gateway, and then they can surf the wireless Internet on campus. Pre-charged billing is implemented for surfing the Internet which is charged according to the Internet traffic. 三、 图书馆 Library
持本人校园一卡通，即可到图书馆借阅图书。可先在校园网内登陆图书馆公共查询系统，查阅书籍分类索书号和位置，而后入馆借阅。借书出馆时，请持图书和校园一卡通在自助借还机办理，或到服务柜台一并交给图书管理人员办理借出手续。本科生可借图书40册，借期为1个月。研究生、留学生可借图书40册，借期为2个月。所借图书应在规定期限内归还，凡逾期1日罚款0.10元/册。如若书籍遗失或损坏，需按规定赔偿。开馆时间、图书分布、预约续借、数字资源等信息可登录图书馆主页：http://lib.bucea.edu.cn/ 进行查询。
Students borrow books from the library by holding their campus cards. They can log in to the library public inquiry system in the campus network, check the book classification number and location, and then borrow it from the library. When a student borrows a book, please take the book and the campus card at the self-service borrowing and returning machine for handling procedures or go to the service counter and hand it over to the library clerk for the borrowing procedures. Undergraduates can borrow 40 books for one month. Postgraduates and international students can borrow 40 books for two months. The borrowed books shall be returned within the prescribed time limit, and the fine of one day overdue shall be RMB 0.10 per book. If the book is lost or damaged, it shall be compensated according to the regulations. The Xicheng Campus is located at No.1 Exhibition Hall Road, with nearby subway stations for Line 4 (Dongwuyuan Station) and Line 6 (Chegongzhuang West Station).

六、 学校超市 School Supermarket
大兴校区在和园食堂一层设有服务于师生的商贸区及超市，可以满足在校师生的日常生活需求。商贸区包括：生活用品超市、文体店、电脑耗材、通讯厅、水果店、复印店、理发店、眼镜店、洗衣店等一系列服务店面，营业时间为9:00-21:00。
西城校区超市的营业时间为7:30-22:30，主要经营休闲食品、饮品、日配商品、副食调料以及日常生活用品。
Daxing campus has a business area and supermarket on the first floor of Heyuan canteen serving teachers and students, which can meet the daily needs of teachers and students on campus. The commercial area includes a series of service stores such as daily necessities supermarket, cultural and sports store, computer consumables, communication hall, fruit shop, copy shop, barber shop, optical shop, laundry shop, etc. The business hours are 9:00-21:00;

七、 安全保卫 Security
遇到突发事件可向学校报警。西城校区：受理地点为保卫处（办公楼104室），报警电话为6832 2110或6832 2506。大兴校区：受理地点为“平安校园管理服务中心”（后勤办公楼105室），报警电话为61209110；61209119。
如遇突发受伤、身体不适时，同学们可向大兴校区巡逻车队求助，24小时求助电话是：61209110或61209119。此外，还可以拨打大兴校区南北门传达室电话求助，南门传达室电话是61209622，北门传达室电话是61209163。

学校会不定期组织国际学生开展各种活动，如太极、茶艺、京剧、书法等文化体验活动，以及游览长城、故宫、颐和园、鸟巢、水立方等名胜古迹和现代标志性建筑；参观著名建筑类公司等等。帮助大家全面了解中国，近距离感受中国文化。同学们可以关注学院网站及微信群里的相关通知积极参加相关活动。
此外，我校现有校团委直属部门、学生会、大学生科学技术协会、大学生创新创业协会、青年志愿者协会、学生社团联合会、红十字会学生分会、大学生艺术团（合唱团、交响乐团、民乐团、舞蹈团及戏剧社等）等学生组织。每年新生入学后，两校区均有丰富多彩的招新活动。届时，同学们可以申请加入学生组织。

Medical Treatment Process
1.当身体不舒服准备就医前，如果购买的是联华国际保险公司，可拨打4008105119，确认就近医院位置、疾病治疗指导以及理赔注意事项等。如果使用的是其他的保险公司，请拨打相关保险公司的服务号码。
2.携带护照，准备充足现金或开通移动支付功能的手机，确保手机电量充足。
3.确认就近医院位置。紧急就医需到医院急诊挂号，其他情况在门诊挂号。建议寻求同学或朋友陪同前往医院。
4.如有重大疾病或突发严重意外事故请及时告知老师。
5.前往学校附近的医院（见下表）。

十一、 日常花销 Daily Expenses
（一） 生活费1000-1500元/月（根据个人消费水平估算）。
（二） 保险费用
我校国际学生须参加学校认可的意外伤害保险和住院医疗保险。中国政府规定，国际学生来校后，须参加大学认可的综合医疗保险，不参加综合医疗保险的，不能注册入学。保险费：800元/年（费用自理）。
（三） 签证费用
签证费根据办理签证的种类和期限不等，约550元/次，以北京市出入境管理部门最新收费标准为准。
（四） 学费及住宿费缴费须知
第一条：国际学生个人在校缴费：学生刷卡或现金到国交处（国际教育学院）提出交费申请，国交处（国际教育学院）开具交款单，学生持交款单到财务部交费，国交处（国际教育学院）复印交费发票并登记交费信息。
第二条：国际汇款
1、学生到国交处（国际教育学院）提出交费申请，国交处（国际教育学院）提供学校的国际账号汇款信息;
2、学生将已汇款信息告知给国交处（国际教育学院），国交处（国际教育学院）通知财务部查收；
3、汇款到银行后，国交处（国际教育学院）为财务部门提供相关证明文件，由财务部门提交银行审核；
4、银行审核通过后，按当时汇率兑换成人民币，换汇完成回单；
5、财务部收到回单后通知国交处（国际教育学院），国交处（国际教育学院）开具交款单，完成交费手续。

International students in our school are required to participate in the accident insurance and hospitalization medical insurance approved by the school. The Chinese government stipulates that after coming to the school, international students must participate in the comprehensive medical insurance which are approved by the university. 3) Visa Fees
The visa fee varies according to the type and duration of the visa, about 550 yuan/time, subject to the latest charging standard of Beijing Entry Exit Administration.
4) Charging Process

The students shall go to the School of International Education to apply for payment, and the School of International Education shall issue a payment slip, then, the students shall bring the payment slip to Finance Department for payment, and the School of International Education shall copy the invoice and register the payment information.
2. International remittance
(1) The students shall go to the School of International Education to apply for payment, and the School of International Education shall provide information about the school’s international account remittance;
(2) The students shall inform the School of International Education about the remittance information, and the School of International Education shall notify the Finance Department to check it;
(3) After remittance to the bank, the School of International Education shall provide Finance Department with relevant documents, which shall be submitted to the bank for review by Finance Department;
(4) After bank review and approval, the remittance shall be converted into RMB according to the exchange rate at that time, and the receipt shall be returned after exchange is completed;
(5) After receiving the returned receipt, Finance Department shall notify the School of International Education, and the School of International Education shall issue a payment slip to complete the payment procedures.

刚入境的同学建议尽快办理北京银行借记卡，并开通微信或支付宝移动支付功能。
目前，微信支付支持绑定Visa、Mastercard、JCB、Diners Club、Discover等境外信用卡，绑定后，可用于普通日常消费支付，支付时出示付款二维码即可，转账、红包等功能是不能使用的噢。目前，支付宝支持Visa、Mastercard、JCB、Diners Club、Discover等境外信用卡用于普通日常消费支付，转账等功能还不能使用。具体请以支付时页面提醒为准。温馨提示：绑定的银行卡户名必须与微信/支付宝账号实名验证保持一致。

Students who have just entered the country are advised to apply for a debit card of Bank of Beijing as soon as possible and activate the mobile payment functions of WeChat or Alipay.
