Call for Programs: 2023 Global Campus: Exchange Program for Summer Schools

Dear member universities:

In order to promote the co-construction and sharing of resources among member universities, strengthen the educational cooperation and exchanges and build a broader exchange and learning platform for university students from all over the world, the Belt and Road Architectural University International Consortium (hereinafter referred to as “the BRAUIC”) has launched the Global Campus: Exchange Program for Summer Schools in 2021.

For the past two years, member universities, including BUCEA, Qingdao University of Technology, Nanchang University, Wuhan University, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki of Greece, NewSchool of Architecture & Design in the United States, Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember in Indonesia, Moscow State Civil Engineering University in Russia, and Saint-Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering in Russia jointly organized more than 30 English-taught summer schools. After program bidding, student recruiting promotion, student application and merit-based admission, 517 students from 74 colleges and universities in 32 countries secured tuition-free/-reduction places at Exchange Program for Summer Schools. The Program effectively boosted the sharing of high-quality educational resources and the mechanism of mutual credit recognition, which created an international campus that crossed national borders and looked into the future.
