Global Campus: Exchange Program for Summer Schools 2022 successfully held

Global Campus: Exchange Program for Summer Schools is a public learning platform initiated by the Belt and Road Architectural University International Consortium (hereinafter referred to as the “BRAUIC”) in 2021, with the purpose of facilitating its member universities to share quality resources, jointly improve academic standards and foster international perspectives. Students of BRAUIC members can have tuition-free/-reduction opportunities, and enjoy the international campus together with students around the world.

During the 2022 summer, BRAUIC members, including Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Qingdao University of Technology, Nanchang University, Wuhan University, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Greece), NewSchool of Architecture & Design (USA), Nanyang Technological University (Singapore), Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (Indonesia), St. Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (Russia), jointly organized and offered 16 exchange programs for summer schools. Through program solicitation, enrollment publicity, student application, and merit-based recruitment, 403 students from 74 universities in 32 countries obtained tuition-free places through the exchange programs for summer schools, participated in and finished the study. This is the second year in a row that the Global Campus: Exchange Program for Summer Schools has been successfully held by the BRAUIC. The exchange program this year, with wider participation, greater support, and more diversified contents and forms, demonstrates BRAUIC members’ wonderful visions for adherence to win-win coexistence and for promoting openness and cooperation.
