ZHANG Dayu emphasized that both sides should further focus on the development of overseas branches of the Luban Global School, multi-level talent cultivation, joint research and development center construction, and deeper research collaboration. He noted that the two sides should work together to advance practical China-Kazakhstan cooperation in areas such as architectural heritage conservation, green digitalization, and engineering and technical education.

CHEN Zhaohui noted that the Luban Global School Kazakhstan Branch has been successfully put into operation, and that the BUCEA’s dedicated scholarship program has attracted applications from more than 20 students from Kazakhstan. These achievements, she said, mark a new stage in bilateral cooperation. She emphasized that BUCEA is willing to fully leverage the Luban Global School branch as a platform to jointly establish a Kazakhstan Joint Research and Development Center, actively expand joint bachelor’s and master’s degree programs, continuously increase two-way faculty and student exchanges, and strengthen the cultivation of localized talent in civil engineering and construction.
