Recently, the School of Civil and Transportation Engineering at Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture (BUCEA) received a letter of appreciation from the Shouzuo Yuyuan Sili Community of Guanyinsi Subdistrict in Daxing District, Beijing. The letter highly commended the outstanding performance of students from the School during their participation in community service activities.

According to the letter, four students, i.e. ZHANG Haoran, LI Xueci, CHEN Huiduo, and XIAO Yuandong, actively took part in community activities from January 26-30, 2026. During the five-day volunteer service, they patiently provided tutoring and homework support to young members of the community.
