From July 6 to 26, Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture (BUCEA) successfully held the Live Consultation for 2024 Postgraduate Enrollment under the theme of “Fulfilling Your Postgraduate Education Dream in BUCEA” which engaged 37 famous BUCEA scholars, experts and persons in charge of disciplines, including HU Yue, a national master of engineering survey and design, in live broadcast programs for promotion and consultation. The cumulative number of online viewers for 10 live broadcast sessions exceeded 110,000.

In the first live consultation session on July 6, the Graduate School gave a comprehensive introduction to the overall situation of postgraduate education at BUCEA and presented details on the history and development of the university, advantages and characteristics of its disciplines, educational conditions and guarantees, enrollment in previous years, and suggestions for exam preparation. From July 6 to 26, deans, deputy deans in charge of relevant affairs, and discipline leaders of nine schools including the School of Architecture and Urban Planning were invited to live broadcast programs to provide a comprehensive introduction to these schools, characteristics of disciplines, scientific research platforms, teaching staff and employment prospect for the reference of candidates. In addition, they not only shared postgraduate research, study, living conditions, and experience of postgraduate entrance exam preparation on campus, but also answered questions from students online.
