On June 27, the 22nd China International Exposition of Urban Construction was held by China Architectural Culture Centre with support from Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. This expo attracted over a hundred exhibitors from home and abroad, with BUCEA being the only university invited. Led by ZHANG Dayu, President of BUCEA, relevant faculty members and staff from Research Development Institute and schools attended the expo.

NI Hong, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Minister of Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and QIN Haixiang, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Minister, and other heads visited BUCEA exhibition booth and provided guidance. ZHANG Dayu made a detailed introduction to scientific and technological innovations and social services of the university. NI Hong and other heads acknowledged the university for its work.
