On the morning of June 12th, Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture (BUCEA) held a briefing on experts’ on-campus assessment under China’s scheme of undergraduate education evaluation and assessment.
LI Yi, deputy secretary of the Beijing Municipal Education Working Committee of CPC Beijing Municipal Committee and director of the Beijing Municipal Education Commission, and all members of the expert group attended the meeting together. The meeting was also attended by the university leadership, and heads of departments and schools. The meeting was presided over by CAI Jingmin, the secretary of the CPC Committee of Anhui University.

On behalf of Beijing Municipal Education Working Committee of CPC Beijing Municipal Committee, Beijing Municipal Education Commission, and Education Supervision Office of the People’s Government of Beijing Municipality, LI Yi expressed heartfelt gratitude to the experts participating in the online assessment and warmly welcomed the on-campus assessment experts to provide guidance for undergraduate education and teaching at BUCEA and seek their counsel and strategies for the reform and development of higher education in Beijing.
Before the briefing, the experts visited the BUCEA Library, Multi-Functional Shaking Tables Laboratory, Key Laboratory of Urban Stormwater System and Water Environment, Ministry of Education, and BUCEA Student Center.
