On June 29, BUCEA held the Celebration of the 102nd Anniversary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China and the Commendation Conference for “Outstanding Party Members, Exemplary Party Workers, and Advanced Community-Level Party Organizations”. The event was chaired by ZHANG Dayu, the Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee and President of the university.
Secretary LI Junfeng, on behalf of the CPC Committee of BUCEA, extends festive greetings to all party members who have contributed to the university’s progress, warm congratulations to the commended advanced groups and individuals, and profound respect to the retired comrades who have made contributions to the university over the years, as well as sincere thanks to political parties and public figures without party affiliation who have jointly devoted themselves to the university’s development.
He pointed out that BUCEA successfully held its second CPC Congress, where all participants reviewed and summarized the achievements and experience since the first Congress, conducted in-depth analysis of the opportunities and challenges faced in the current stage of development, and planned the development goals and implementation strategies for the next five years and beyond.
He demanded that all party organizations at every level and the vast number of party members across the university work together to transform the beautiful blueprint into a vivid reality. Firstly, it is necessary to prioritize learning and implementation, ensuring the spirit of the second CPC Congress is carried out in detail. Secondly, it is crucial to establish clear objectives and promote deep and practical thematic education. Thirdly, it is essential to uphold the leading role of Party building and pursue high-quality development.
Presiding over the meeting, ZHANG Dayu, the Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee and President of the university, acknowledged that this year marks the 102nd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, as well as the initial year for fully implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the CPC and a crucial year for advancing towards the second centenary goal. He sincerely hoped that everyone in the university aligns their thoughts and actions with the spirit of BUCEA’s second CPC Congress, moving forward in unity, drawing inspiration from exemplary models, stimulating progressive forces, pursuing truth, pragmatism, exploration, and innovation. He encouraged all to make new contributions and achieve great accomplishments in the new journey of building BUCEA into a domestically first-class and internationally renowned high-level institution!
